When I first found out that I couldn’t eat gluten, I thought my days of eating in restaurants was over. I have since learned that I can go out to eat but at many restaurants, the options are limited. For all you Gluten Free Bostonians, check out

The waitstaff are amazing and really understand food allergies. There are many options to choose from on the menu including French Fries made in a dedicated fryer! That’s right, no contamination. Gluten free beer (unfortunately they were sold out the other night) but their Malbec made up for that. Its worth the wait and if you have left over fries at the end of the night, they make amazing hash browns the next day

Hash brown Recipe:

Left over french fries
1 red bell pepper diced
dehydrated onion flakes rehydrated
oil
Ketchup

saute pepper in a cast iron skillet, add dehydrated onion, add french fries. Stir often. Serve and enjoy.
