Gillian’s French Bread Rolls

One staple, all gluten free kitchen’s should have in the freezer is a bag of Gillian’s French Bread Rolls. Tonight we used these to make Caesar Salad with garlic croutons. Easy to make and delicious to eat. I miss being being able to order Caeser Salad in restaurants. Those that offer a gluten free option almost never have croutons. It takes about 5 min to assemble this salad, and 15 min if you want grilled chicken added.

You will need:
Newman’s Own Creamy Caesar
Gillian’s French Bread Rolls
Romaine Lettuce
Garlic Granules
Olive Oil
Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Grilled Chicken (Optional)

Cut the rolls in half and drizzle or mist the olive oil on each half. Dust rolls with garlic granules. Toast until brown. I cut one half into small croutons to toss in salad and leave the other side whole to eat as toast. Toss the lettuce with dressing, croutons, shaved parmesan, and chicken. Enjoy!

Gillian’s French Bread Rolls can be used for so many quick and easy meals; pizza’s, hamburgers, grilled paninis, and more. They are worth the price, and guests will think they are very fancy.
