All I can say is Red Chile Pod Sauce with Texmati Pilaf. This book was given to me courtesy of  Uncle Tom, my South West Cooking Guru. This is a book for anyone who looks forward to spending a day in the kitchen chopping, stirring, blending and brewing up a feast for friends. Note – as a Jewish women, I am constantly worried that I am not serving enough food. The portions in this book are accurate, don’t double your recipes.
