Gluten-free Super Green Smoothie

Need a quick get up an go in the morning? Try this fruit and veggie filled smoothie for breakfast. This is a fabulous way to start your day with four plus servings of fruits and veggies in one glass. I know the ingredients may seem a little odd to combine but the result is a delicious, vitamin and protein filled smoothie that you can drink on your morning commute.

Combine the following ingredients in a blender and process until smooth:
1 bananas

1 cups of papaya

2 tbl peanut butter

a handful of spinach

1 cup of OJ or almond milk
