Friday Finds: FoodShouldTasteGood Chips

Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla ChipOn a study break from class at Babson, my friend Tarek forced me to try these chips. Seriously, he would not take no for an answer. “They’re gluten-free and kosher” he said. I really don’t care that they are kosher, but sure, they are gluten-free, it’s 9 o’clock at night, why not?

Wow! These chips are fabulous. The multigrain are a nice thick chip. Unlike most tortilla chips, these don’t need salsa or humus to be great. They are chips that can stand on their own. Much like a Sunchip, only gluten-free, FoodShouldTasteGood Multigrain Chips are nutty and salty with a subtle sweet flavor. The jalapeno flavor is also fabulous. Unlike many “spicy” chips, these don’t burn your tongue. Instead, you get a fresh crisp garden pepper flavor with a zest of spice.

A fun coincidence, FoodShouldTasteGood was founded by Pete Lescoe, a graduate of Babson College. Go Beavers! I wonder how many other gluten-free food companies were started by Babson Grads?

    Rick & I discovered these last year & we just love them. Rick is planning to use the olive flavor next time he makes nachos as an experiment, which I’m really looking forward to!
